By accessing or using Furniqo's virtual staging services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Furniqo provides AI-powered virtual staging services for real estate professionals. Our Service allows users to upload images of empty properties and generate virtually staged versions of these spaces.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
By uploading images to our Service, you grant Furniqo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Using the Service to generate misleading or deceptive images
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Using the Service to distribute malware or other harmful code
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Furniqo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Furniqo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Furniqo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact our customer support team first to resolve any issues or disputes you may have regarding the Service. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through customer support will be governed by the laws specified in the "Governing Law" section.
